Toddlers are like little adventurers as they have a lot to learn and experience. This age is often the most exciting for parents because of how active their child usually becomes. With this in mind, Royal International School has created the “Toddler Program”, to accommodate for these needs. This curriculum helps guide and gives attention to each individual, and aims for the holistic development of your toddler in areas such as language, cognitive, physical, and social/emotional.
Our toddler program is based on Abeka curriculum. This curriculum also builds off of the curriculum implemented in our infant program. At Royal International School, Toddlers will find their classrooms filled with social interaction, exercises that involve play materials, and creative group exercises and activities which are directed and guided by our teachers.
Additionally, your children will undergo learning with sign language, books, puppet play, music, singing, and team-oriented games. This program is designed to provide an anchor for your toddler’s present and future growth. Our Toddler Curriculum addresses, daily reports providing individual information, sign language program, indoor and outdoor physical activities, toddler curriculum activities and lessons, small group activities, developmentally-appropriate practices, pre-literacy skills, and sensory play.
